CAF and the Kenya ICT Action Network (KICTANET) have signed an MoU to establish a strategic partnership focused on enhancing ICT policy development, capacity building, and digital transformation across Kenya’s 47 County Assemblies. This partnership aims to leverage ICT to drive innovation and improve governance at the county level by equipping county assemblies with the necessary tools to adopt digital solutions, streamline legislative processes, and enhance service delivery. Both CAF and KICTANET emphasized the importance of ICT in promoting transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement.
