CAF Leadership consultative meeting with the Deputy President, His Excellency Rigathi Gachagua, His Excellency Rigathi Gachagua, the Deputy President together with the Principal Secretary of the State Department for Devolution Ms. Teresia Mbaika and the CAF Leadership led by the chairman Hon. Philemon k. Sabulei, the Secretary General, Hon. Chege Mwaura and the CAF officials had a consultative meeting to discuss among other things the dialogue as a way of avoiding explosive conflicts between the County Executive and the Legislature (County Assembly).
