On February 26th, 2024, the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the CAF, who also serve as members of the EALGA EXCOM, actively participated in the EALGA EXCOM meeting held in Arusha, Tanzania.
The meeting primarily focused on bolstering the local Government Associations in East Africa and their involvement in the Commonwealth Local Governments Forums (CLGF). Additionally, members were encouraged to sustain their support for EAC Regional integration at the local level.
