The County Assemblies Forum participated in a sensitization workshop organized by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). The activity involved a user acceptance testing program for the Public Procurement Information Portal.

The event brought together staff from County Assemblies and other stakeholders involved in the procurement portals.

Objectives of the workshop was to;

– Evaluate the portal’s usability and functionality.

– Identify and fix any issues or errors.

– Ensure compliance with procurement regulations.

– Gather feedback to enhance the portal’s performance.

The testing exercise was successfully and with these enhancements, the portal is set to significantly streamline public procurement processes in Kenya.
