The County Assemblies Forum (CAF) recently paid a courtesy visit to the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) to explore ways of reviving the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two institutions, which lapsed in May 2024.

The discussions focused on revitalizing the partnership to strengthen the capacities of County Assemblies, enabling them to develop policies and programs that will attract private sector investment into counties. This collaboration is critical to ensuring that County Assemblies are equipped to foster sustainable economic growth and development at the grassroots level.

CAF remains committed to partnering with organizations like KIPPRA that share its mission to support and empower County Assemblies in delivering on their legislative, oversight, and representation mandates.
